Notes One-page illustrated letter from J.L. Clarke to L.C. Dukes. The illustration at top center depicts a house surrounded by trees with a car and garage in front of it and mountains in the background. Above the salutation is a depiction of a man standing on the shore holding a rod and a fish, a illustration of a car driving towards "Chief Mt" and "pike lake." An illustration on the bottom third of the page depicts "John," "Verna," and "Peanut" walking from a car down to the lake carrying fishing poles. The message reads "Glacier Park Montana/ March 11, 1939 / Dear Peanut Fisher / I got (drawing of spinner) with perfum in the box I guess that all pikes will be afraid of smelling perfume with spinners When I draw you drive rough over this wagon road with me and Verna in spring."
