Notes Brooch made from two gold nuggets. Larger nugget is quite lumpy on one surface with a pin and loop (now bent) on the smoother surface - the back. A smaller nugget is suspended below on three gold chain links at either end. An extra loop and three very fine gold chain links are attached to the proper right connector for suspending the lower nugget.

Made from gold believed to be the first gold found in the discovery of Last Chance Gulch by Reginald (or Robert) Stanley. He had the gold made into this brooch for his wife, Marie Octavie.
