Notes Pad saddle of tan buckskin bound with red wool cloth. There is an extra band of buckskin across center having cut fringe at ends. Triangular sections at each corner of dark blue wool have beaded floral designs (clear pink, blue, green, yellow). These are edged with white seed beads and red trade cloth. Small rectangular panels of same beadwork on dark blue trade cloth adjacent to triangular sections. These have tassels of red and blue yarn hung on faceted beaded thongs. A single tassel at each corner is larger and hangs from a loop of white opaque beads. Underside reinforced with strips of harness leather. Leather thong ties.
