Notes Metal enamel commemorative cup. Over the entire cup are floral wreath designs, most prevelant around the images and numbers. The background color is white, on one side of the cup is 1837 and the opposite side has 1897. An image of a woman in profile -Queen Victoria- showing a veil over her head and shoulders with a crown can be seen, badly faded and hard to see. The image is surrounded by leafy fronds, below it is more frond like designs in blue and gold. On the opposite side of the cup is a badly faded image of Buckingham Palace, it too is surrounded by a leafy frond like design with the same blue and gold frond like design below.
On one side is the number 1837 and it is surrounded by frond like design, directly above the number is a crown, appears to be made of silver, gold and red velvet. Below the number is the floral frond like design.
On the opposite side from 1837 is a curved frond like designs surrounding both sides of 1897, directly above this number is the shield of the United Kingdom Royal Arms.
